The Cloud earned one of the lowest scores on our tests of quality due to its flimsy design with hard plastic seats, and a design that seems old-fashioned. It's also more expensive than other strollers that are lighter which is why it's not the best option when you're looking for a budget alternative.
It's not the most light stroller but it has enough features that it is worth a look. The swiveling front wheels make it easy to navigate on flat surfaces and it can jump curbs with little effort unlike other light strollers that diverge when trying to accomplish the similar thing. The Cloud's low handle is a problem but it's at knee height and not adjustable. It's not a comfortable thing to push your legs suspended in the air and it's not helping that it's not cushioned.
During our tests and testing, we found the Cloud to be easy to open and set up. Close it can be a bit more difficult. You must slide the slider, and then press a large white button. This can be a hassle especially if you're juggling kids while you do it.
The Cloud has a small, but deep storage basket that could accommodate a medium-sized diaper bag. The basket is a bit narrow, and you may need to leave something in there to reach the back. The Cloud includes an adult and child tray with two cup holders however both are too narrow to hold larger cups or bottles.
Kolcraft is a Kolcraft brand has been in operation since 1946 and is a third generation family-owned business. They started by making crib pads and diapers however, they now manufacture various baby products, including highchairs and infant car seats. The company is based in Chicago, and is an American manufacturer.
Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist design, which is ideal for travel. It weighs only 18lbs which is less than some single strollers. and can fold flat for easy transport and storage. It also has independently reclined seats and large all-weather SPF50 sun visors with large windows with peekaboos and under-seat storage bags. The visors can be adjusted to accommodate children of different heights. Additionally, it comes with one-step linked parking brake that is Disney-sized approved.
The swivel wheel feature of Jeep is also ideal for maneuvering over bumps and uneven terrain. This stroller doesn't accept car seats. Your child must be at least six months old and have an excellent neck control in order to be able to ride in the front seat. It does come with three panels of a nice sun canopy, however and each seat comes with its own snack tray and parent cupholders.
Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is a different incredibly light stroller with a side by side. It's heavier than Kolcraft Cloud Plus, at 23 lbs. However, it's tinier and slimmer (26.5 inches wide!) and has a ton of luxe features that make it ideal for travel. It's a simple fold, is very movable and can be tucked away in trunks and overhead compartments of airplanes easily.
Similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double and Mountain Buggy Nano Duo, the Joovy Kooper X2 is another tri-fold, ultralight double stroller. It's similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but it has a few distinct differences. It's also slightly more expensive, but it offers more maneuverability and the largest sun canopy. It also comes with a handy carry strap and can accommodate kids up to 44 lbs per seat.
Summer 3D Pac for Infants CS+
Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a stroller that is light packed with features. It's not just lightweight at just 13 lbs but also comes with a ton of storage options, including cupholders for both parents and children, a child's sippy-cup pouch as well as a pocket for storage for parents and more. This stroller can also fit the car seat of a child and comes with a brake that is easy to engage that can be used flip-flop. It's designed to adapt to your child from a newborn stroller to a toddler stroller simply by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children 6 months old and older.

Kids who are taller might find they have an unbalanced leg when they sit in a reclined posture. It also has a huge canopy that we found to be more effective at blocking out the sun than other options in our evaluation of the top double strollers.
The stroller is light enough to maneuver through door frames, which was a major issue for us with other strollers we tested. It folds up quickly and its handlebars sit close to the ground for easy transport. Its only drawback is the small storage space. When it is full of kids' stuff, it feels tight.
